do i have to open up all the ports 2300-2305 by opening each one with a diffrent name through my firewall, or through one name with a hypen between the two numbers in one name...need more help.... o yea by the way it tells me that the gamespy master server has had an error or sumtin...HELP!!! ANYONE!!!!!

Have you tried the portforwarding website?
That's pretty usefull.

I thought it was www.portforwarding.com or something like that,tryto google it up

it doesen't work for anything, we (me and a friend) have tried mech warrior 4 on a computer with aol and it doesen't work!!!

Are you connected to the internet? I'm not sure but you probably have an icon that you have to click to actually connect.

man AOL sucks, my friend has AOL DSL and he can't have Xbox LIVE because it it won't work with his interent. Just get a new internet service, seriously...

i have MSN premium and i rarely get problems with online gaming incompatability. I don't have Xbox live, but halo pc isn't screwed up online.

In my area, Qwest DSL is the cheapest, about $25 per month for 256Kbps. It just depends on your area and whether you live 'in town' or not.
