I do not appreciate B.Net Group solicitation. If you ignore this and send me an invitation anyway, I will block communications with you.
So, some of you may or may not remember the "Recon Road Trip" challenge that Bungie announced a long while ago, and I'm almost positive that none of you will remember the thirteen-minute audio production, "John, Joe, and Steve's EXCELLENT Recon Road Trip Adventure", that I made in its honor.
I've worked on many audio drama productions in the past, actually, and I'd like to share them all with you for your own enjoyment.
I'm getting YouTube versions for those who do not wish to directly download files, but until then these will have to do. I recommend these anyway, as they are the High Quality versions, since YouTube tends to dumb down the audio for some reason:
John the Delivery Guy: Episode 01
John, an odd-minded pizza delivery guy makes his first delivery of the day, only to fall pray to the dreaded "thirty minutes its free" policy. But John doesn't take too kindly to that! Crazy hijinks ensue!
Kyle Adventure: The Trailer
Based off of a popular "you-choose-your-destiny" forum photoshop game by a talented friend of mine, this trailer takes us through the story of Kyle Adventure, a poor soul who is trapped underground and must undergo many trials of mind and choice to uncover his destiny.
I am still experimenting with halo-related audio productions specifically, as I was never much for visuals with machinima.
Over the past two days, I've just been mixing randomness, and came up with what I feel is at least a somewhat entertaining clip that is not based on Halo canon.
Have a listen to it via YouTube: "Brutality of the Covenant" (High-Quality via Mediafire). I understand that people are more akin to listen to/watch things if they are streamed from somewhere, but at the moment, YouTube is down, and now that Putfile is out of commission, I know no other reliable audio-hosting service. As soon as YouTube is back online, I will add a youtube version here.
For any curious minds that have a listen, all of the sound effects were individually mastered and mixed into the production, and all of the voices, including the Jackal, are machinations of my own.
Hope you enjoy.
