After reading more, I see that he worked at Rare before. I see Bungie's catapult attracted another great addition to the Bungie Team :D

I've been reading each interview that comes out every week and really appreciate the help and direction that people have been saying. Im a senior in High School going on to college and am starting to think about careers and what direction i want to go in life. While these interviews are about working at Bungie they apply to all careers in terms of what makes good impressions, preparedness, etc. I am really taking these interviews to heart and am glad you guys are doing this. It really helps out and hones in on what employers really want and desire. All these interviews are about people who have made it into Bungie so they all must have done something right in their interview that got them accepted. Keep these interviews going please, they are very helpful and informative.
