<cough> Y'know, I'm not a Halo 2 Vista user. And as a matter of fact, I didn't even bother upgrading to Windows Vista, either. Sorry. Wrong assumption on your part. Anyway, to respond to this travesty of a post, I believe in people's rights. However, when certain other people overstep their bounds and start spouting things about how they'll hack you if you don't follow their self-imposed rules and they begin to threaten others, then the public deserves to be informed that those arguments are entirely hot air. Nothing else.
You, sir, merely throw these threats out there, such as your new one, to report people who post "negative comments" that you continually refer to as "trivial" for some reason. I think that reason may just be to try to sound more knowledgeable about what you're saying than you really are. You know, if they really were trivial, they would be no threat to your standing. The fact of the matter is, you can report me all you want for posting in this thread, but the only thing it'll do is make you look bad. They do, after all, decide to look at the reports before they take action. And I'm not deterred at all, and will not simply "move on", because the most it will do is get a warning for you for misusing the reporting feature.
I know that Microsoft certainly does not include a disclaimer notice that you, the user, can make a copyrighted game variant. The very idea of it is asinine, and unless you can provide documented proof otherwise, your point is moot. There are so many things wrong with this whole idea, it's almost laughable. First, Microsoft doesn't need to "hack" anyone. If they want to ban you, they'll do it for a reason that's actually stated in their terms of service. LIVE is also a service of Microsoft, by the way. So there's no telling one part to tell the other part some codes or whatever it is that you were implying has to go on.
Please, if you don't know what you're doing, just shut your mouth. The more you try to refute what I'm saying with your pure BS and lies, the worse you're going to end up looking. No, you won't find glory as The Great Bringer of Grifball to H2v. You're not special or above the average userbase, and you don't have the power to appoint real server admins or arbitrarily stop random people's games any more than I do.
If you want a Grifball court for H2v that badly, try making it yourself, or asking nicely for it without dealing out empty threats in the same post.
Here is your F**king proof sherlock and it's saved on my PC:
Disclaimer:
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement of Custom Variants for Games for Windows LIVE:Halo 2 Vista under United States copyright law should ... by The Halo PC Series © Microsoft Studios, 1999-2006. © 2007 Microsoft Corporation
Anyways,One of my threats are a true state of matter.Judging by your intellect I can really tell that you are some what Intelligent.I have the power to claim since you saw the disclaimer notice,Microsoft stated in 2007.You are not really responsible for your actions.Your dealing with a Copyrighted Custom Variant,It is claimed copyrighted. It's not stated in LIVE terms of agreement and etc.But it is found in Microsoft Corporation. It will actually take you years to find this document of proof.I,found this a year ago.In October,12,2008.I discovered the disclaimer notice and I was thinking hard of making a copyrighted game variant.Until,It's official release. Here it is the Beta Build. So don't bother to even respond since the proof is inevitable.
