People who pretend to be Admins,Notify us immediately and we'll ask LIVE for their Codes and hack into them injecting a comment saying"Your Halo 2 Copy for Games for Windows LIVE is currently banned because of copyright infringement."

... Lolwut? First off, claiming that you'll hack someone (just in general) is a big internet no-no. Second, somehow I highly doubt you'd be able to hack into them and... inject... comments. Thirdly, sorry, it's not copyright infringement. It's a gametype. Someone other than you could have even came up with it before. So congratulations, you're full of empty threats, lies, and false information. But good luck with that custom map. You wouldn't think it would be so hard, what with a Grifball court basically being a huge square... court.

Why are f**king Bungie.net Halo 2 Vista users are such jerks! And anyways,Go F**k yourself A**hole,I want people to join and help not some negative jerk who preaches about such a trivial and meaningless thing. Can't you just accept it and move on?And if you really want to know microsoft also includes a disclaimer notice that you can make a game variant copyrighted. And if it is illegally infringed,I can contact Microsoft to tell LIVE their codes to hack,Which injects a message what I said before

<cough> Y'know, I'm not a Halo 2 Vista user. And as a matter of fact, I didn't even bother upgrading to Windows Vista, either. Sorry. Wrong assumption on your part. Anyway, to respond to this travesty of a post, I believe in people's rights. However, when certain other people overstep their bounds and start spouting things about how they'll hack you if you don't follow their self-imposed rules and they begin to threaten others, then the public deserves to be informed that those arguments are entirely hot air. Nothing else.

You, sir, merely throw these threats out there, such as your new one, to report people who post "negative comments" that you continually refer to as "trivial" for some reason. I think that reason may just be to try to sound more knowledgeable about what you're saying than you really are. You know, if they really were trivial, they would be no threat to your standing. The fact of the matter is, you can report me all you want for posting in this thread, but the only thing it'll do is make you look bad. They do, after all, decide to look at the reports before they take action. And I'm not deterred at all, and will not simply "move on", because the most it will do is get a warning for you for misusing the reporting feature.

I know that Microsoft certainly does not include a disclaimer notice that you, the user, can make a copyrighted game variant. The very idea of it is asinine, and unless you can provide documented proof otherwise, your point is moot. There are so many things wrong with this whole idea, it's almost laughable. First, Microsoft doesn't need to "hack" anyone. If they want to ban you, they'll do it for a reason that's actually stated in their terms of service. LIVE is also a service of Microsoft, by the way. So there's no telling one part to tell the other part some codes or whatever it is that you were implying has to go on.

Please, if you don't know what you're doing, just shut your mouth. The more you try to refute what I'm saying with your pure BS and lies, the worse you're going to end up looking. No, you won't find glory as The Great Bringer of Grifball to H2v. You're not special or above the average userbase, and you don't have the power to appoint real server admins or arbitrarily stop random people's games any more than I do.

If you want a Grifball court for H2v that badly, try making it yourself, or asking nicely for it without dealing out empty threats in the same post.

Here is your F**king proof sherlock and it's saved on my PC:

Disclaimer:
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement of Custom Variants for Games for Windows LIVE:Halo 2 Vista under United States copyright law should ... by The Halo PC Series © Microsoft Studios, 1999-2006. © 2007 Microsoft Corporation

Anyways,One of my threats are a true state of matter.Judging by your intellect I can really tell that you are some what Intelligent.I have the power to claim since you saw the disclaimer notice,Microsoft stated in 2007.You are not really responsible for your actions.Your dealing with a Copyrighted Custom Variant,It is claimed copyrighted. It's not stated in LIVE terms of agreement and etc.But it is found in Microsoft Corporation. It will actually take you years to find this document of proof.I,found this a year ago.In October,12,2008.I discovered the disclaimer notice and I was thinking hard of making a copyrighted game variant.Until,It's official release. Here it is the Beta Build. So don't bother to even respond since the proof is inevitable.

The only place on the entire internet that I found your "disclaimer" is on the forum for the GamesForWindows site. On the first and only post made by you. Three hours ago, today.
Here it is. And here is the Google search used to determine that.

Please, point to a direct link. Otherwise, everyone will just keep refusing to believe that it actually exists. If it takes years to get proof, and you already have it, then you went through the trouble for everyone already. You should have it, and you should have a definitive source to post for it. After all, you've stated that it was Microsoft Corporation, so it's either a on a website or in a booklet (and therefore in digital copy on a website, since H2v is completely purchasable online).

Here's the killing point for me. In a copyright statement, which would legally required to be in the terms of service of the game, it certainly would not state the title. You should have used more legal jargon if you really wanted to convince everyone. For reference, here's the little legalese snippet (in pretty much every copyright clause) that you used, then edited to suit your argument:

...Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), all notifications of claimed copyright infringement of Content on our Service should be sent ONLY to our Designated Agent...

I'm through arguing this so extensively when you start blatantly fabricating shoddy evidence to try to keep up your entirely baseless threats. I think that from this post on, I'd much rather just stop by in my off-time to counter your false evidence and move on to better things. Oh, you should take your lies off of the GamesForWindows forum too. You don't want to take the chance of misleading people that could actually have reason to contact Microsoft and possibly do something about you.

But why is it that important? You know, if you just did a great thing and started a public project to bring a widespread Grifball variant and map to H2v, and minded your spelling and grammar, people would appreciate it and recognize you for it. And if you didn't try to threaten or stifle anyone else who wanted to give it a try, and instead tried to bring together the community rather than placing yourself above everyone else and copping an attitude, you'd have a lot more help, too. People get respect when they give it, and when they try to help better the community, not when they try to self-appoint themselves as dictator.

We're debating over a "trivial and meaningless" thing because you keep trying to talk down to me because you think I'll just give over. So it's fun to make you pay. I'll defend myself too, thank you very much. Kudos on using trivial correctly this time, though, even if your prior actions made it clear that it wasn't very trivial to you. And I'm perfectly calm; don't mistake a slight enthusiasm behind the posts for raging or violent emotions - they're not. You don't see me swearing all over the place and attempting to talk down to you like in many of your responses, so don't try to tell me to "calm down" just to pretend that you're some semblance of the mature one here. We've already established where each other lies, on varying spectrums, through our dialogue. What I really do is point out your lies and contradictions and let them insult you for me. By the way, I'll not be "ready to support you" until you learn to reword your posts to stop putting yourself in a position of power that you created yourself. Actually, not even then.

To be frank about it, I hope other people try to develop their own fun variants and share them with the community like they're intended, rather than post rules and regulations that serve only to give themselves all the glory by force. And I hope that you watch that happen and wonder why your plans failed. Although, I see you're trying to take some of my advice, in some twisted way. Oh wait, you just relocated your threats from this thread onto your webpage, and try to force others to dedicate things to you. Until you drop these needy, authoritarian issues that you have, and you stop lying about consequences you're in no position to enforce, you won't be recognized anywhere near to what you're expecting, and you'll meet more resistance than support. It doesn't take a lot to look at the official Grifball variant on H3 and come up with something that could serve as a stand-in properly on H2v.

So here are my final thoughts and actual feelings on the issue, unless you magically decide it'll be worth it for you to keep coming back here: I sincerely hope that your little gathering fails. Or that someone takes your idea out from under you just by being a better person. I hope everything gets overshadowed by the player community at large and no manner of screaming and threatening gets you what you want. Also, your forum's rules are laughable in comparison to your own conduct on here. Good luck following them, yourself. Have a nice day, and have fun appointing your fake little admins and trying to use big words in an attempt to impress and threaten them. Boosh.
