Actually playing on XBC isn't all that great, it lags unless you are host, the games are uneven due to the different pings.. plus you don't have the bragging rights over your friends with you own them if you are playing people online.

My net work gear never lags....
But yeh, all you need for 16 way, one hub and four bits of cat6 four xboxs and four Tvs
16 way is blam dingliy blamish with extra CheeZ PleaZ
