Anyone see what I see?

The arc above 'Bungie' resembles the arc around the planet at the end of trailer.... At least I thought it did.

Lol what do you see?

But I know I'm Late but i think its (from left to right) Sam, James, John, Kelly, Linda. I know you say that it cant be sam, hes dead. But to me, that doesnt look like spartan armor. That just looks like normal armor. John was always like the leader, and Linda was the sniper. The one to the right of linda looks like shes standing kinda femmenanly so i think thats kelly, and the last one, by process of elimination, James.

Maybe I will never be
All the things that I wanna be
But now is not the time to cry
Now's the time to find out why
I think you're the same as me
We see things they'll never see
You and I are gonna live forever

Oh yeah. I just kinda thought you were proposing some amazing secret newly discovered clue that would reveal some amazing piece of information.

I just cant believe they would stray away from their typical Halo works, it has simply been too successful to go outrageously far away from the first person shooter genre.

It would still be an FPS but on a much grander scale for both campaign and MP. Picture a full on 16-32 player battle on large maps (human and covenant) featuring never before seen weapons and vehicles. Of course you'll probably be able to choose your class before hand and have the option of switching classes after dieing which would result in a respawn penalty. We might see some form of a cover system and be able to fire from a prone position and maybe even a sprint feature. Whatever the case I'm quite positive that this will not resemble a traditional Halo MP experience. But that in no way is a bad thing considering the creative talent that's associated with this project ;-) If this is indeed the case then I would also assume that an unannounced Halo 3 follow up project is currently in development as we speak. Makes perfect sense as far as I'm concerned.

Woah there. It's still Halo, not Call of Duty/Team Fortress 2. I don't think Bungie will stray off to different classes and all that jazz. The 5 spartans may have different classes but most likely only in Campaign. The traditional Halo multiplayer would be ruined if Bungie decided to add classes and cover system/prone shooting.

The traditional original Halo trilogy multiplayer would be ruined. Halo Reach isn't part of the original trilogy. It can have any kind of multiplayer it wants. Saying that, I don't think the changes will be as drastic as some people do although I expect to see some changes, they always give us some nice surprises.

Yes, but it still has the name "Halo" in it. I just wouldn't be Halo if there was a cover system and prone shooting. And if you have classes, what is the point of having a whole bunch of different weapons to choose from? Just think how strange it would be if Halo had a cover system like GoW. If I wanted that, I would go play GoW. And if I wanted prone shooting, I would go play CoD.

I like Halo's multiplayer the way it is.

I agree it won't be that radical. I think that if it does change the way some of the imagery suggests it might (teams rather than solo) then it might evolve similar to GRAW.

agreed. sure they may add some new twist but i think they well keep for the most part mp we have now. They would be crazy to make big changes to a winning formula

Yer, the legs seem to match. Never mind that whole Elite jargon. What a beastly monolith!

I would also say that part of the left guys size seems due to him standing slightly higher on the curve than most of the other spartans. Or are his feet cut off in the image?
