I'm a dude playing a dude desguised as another dude. I hate heritics, non-logical thoughts and people who are better than I am. People tell me that they like a lot of games, but I hate them all. Whenever I play a video game, I always go crawling back to Halo 3. Never go full retard!
l wouldn't say that it is a new "standard" for FPS, because it seams to be featured essentially in Call of Duty and Gears of War. That's not much of a "standard". However, it sure is fun. Lots of games involving FPS don't have this feature, but l like this feature.
Horde from Gears is probably the most fun and greatest feature in any game whatsoever. Gears Horde mode is great, but the way that Halo "plays out" is hugely different from the way that Gears "plays out", so it will be different.
What my mind associates with this gametype is like that first courtyard in "Outskirts" from Halo 2. Ya'know that kind of situation. When enemies are coming at you and you're stuck in an area with a bunch of teammates surviving. Other examples are like the Grav-lift from "Truth and Reconciliation" or that cargo bay from the same level. Essentially, that's what l'm imagining this Firefight mode being like.
