When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet, and when toast is dropped, it always lands buttered side down. Therefore, if a slice of toast is strapped to a cat's back, buttered side up, and the animal is then dropped, the two opposing forces will cause it to hover, spinning inches above the ground. If enough toast-laden felines were used, they could form the basis of a high-speed monorail system.

Well, just speculating here, but doesn't it seem like Bungie would want to distinguish this from the preexisting franchise games? They've done 3rd person before (Oni), and it seems like those silhouettes up in the forum banner would imply greater emphasis on the character models. You know?

I really, really, REALLY hope Bungie doesn't go that route. FPS is the bread and butter of Halo (other than that crap game Halo Wars), I don't think I'd be able to take it.

I agree, I don't think Bungie would make another FPS halo game. My guess is this is going to be a squad based third person shooter Think GRAW. I really want to see bungie do something besides Halo but I know they are a great developer and want to see more from them.

Wonder what Bungie have in store for use after Reach?

If Bungie made a TPS, Halo:Reach would go down the drain. All of the fans think it will be a FPS and they like it like that so why change it

Keep in mind that they do have experience with the genre. And also, third person would definitely fit. I can see where you're coming from, but don't worry. First off, it's Bungie, and secondly, nothing is even close to confirmed.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing because I didn't see them specifically say it'd be an FPS. I dont think they'd change it to 3rd person though, maybe something even more different?
