Unit Cost: 1484 cR.

In the odst section there is the intel section on the SMG and it says it will cost credits? What is this about?

Most likely you will be able to build your squad to go into battle.. meaning.. assigning armor, ODST body type, weapons and equipment for each ODST. Like in rainbow 6 you will have a certain starting value of credits you can use to equip your troops with.

The AR is an awesome weapon, RESPECT IT AS SUCH!!!

i think that it is simply that random information that bungie gives us to make it....more interesting i suppose. kind of like the fact that the Warthog has a 12 litre engine, totally useless information, but nice to know...

It might just be a sort of "in-character" thing. The info sections are written like actual field manuals or something for the weapons.

They don't use a money called Cr though...

to home body, you dont really have a squad from what ive seen and heard. you get seperated during the drop and the game is about different members of the squad finding clues about what happened to your fellow troops. no offense dude,

Four shots, four kills, reload, repeat. This is the work of a sniper.

I'm not sure if this is just background information or if you actually do purchase guns.

also, one other thing, if you do have to upgrade you character, it will probably use the campaign scoring system from halo 3. if you dont know about that, then when your in the campaign lobby (leader) press the x buuton and pull up the skull menu. then it will say scoring. check it out. =}
