I think the tall one is an elite that turns into the arbiter

You friggin idiot, elites don't join humans until middle-end of halo 2.

  • 06.01.2009 9:21 PM PDT

May the Forge be with you.

I'll bet those 5 people are characters we've never even heard of in any Halo book.

1. Sam was dead long before the events of Reach.
2. Master Chief didn't actually go to Reach's surface until most of the fighting was over. He came shortly before the glassing began.

Yeah...

  • 06.01.2009 9:27 PM PDT

they are obviously all spartans just look at the armor closely the shoulders and knees look the same on all of them so it isn't an elite

  • 06.01.2009 9:38 PM PDT

Could all be odst and the one on the left could be a spartan cause look at the left of their heads the flashlight thingy!

Sam=Dead and Chief never set foot on Reach while it was under attack.

Major holes in your theory there.

Yes he did. Right after he left the Halo he went to Reach.

I believe this takes place after the pillar of autumn escapes.

But i believe this could be a new team of spartans.

possibility, but i mean he's standing in line with them. Not to mention he's holding a human gun, AND if you look closely, you can see his armor (except the shoulder) has everything the other figures' armor has.

  • 06.01.2009 10:01 PM PDT

Middle guy that people say is MC could be Johnson or someone that looks like him. They don't all have to be spartans. The thing on the left could be a Spartan but it does look a lot like an elite. Like the arbiter from Halo Wars

-edit-
it also looks like it has a tail, either that or it's just part of his gun

Yah, I havn't read the books except part of Contact Harvest which my friend wanted back bcasue i was borrowing it, but It could be a native of Reach unless there were no natives, they got killed, or just looked like humans

Well the tease trailer leaves it kinda hard not to think it happens before another halo game

From the begining

You know the end

So it kinda seems like its going to be a prequal

Ok, so at the end of Halo: Ghosts of Onyx, it says that the Spartan Gray Team, along with Dr. Halsey, were trapped inside a planet. HOW YOU ASK? WHO CARES?!?!?! Here's what I've though of....

The legendary ending of Halo 3 shows Chief and Cortana floating towards a planet that seems to be made out of the stuff the rings were made out of, but with no way in. SO

It's the same planet. Think about, or if you haven't seen it, watch the legendary ending.

no... Just no.
What if He's the main foe?

  • 06.02.2009 3:25 PM PDT

That makes so much sense!

roflomglmaobbqsauce

Ok from what i think i may have figured out. The odst on the right could be buck from halo 3 odst because in the new update they said that he fought on reach. and the second on the left could be dare because it is the same shape as her picture in the update

Master Chief never fought ON Reach, he was in orbit preventing the covenant from finding information that would lead them to Earth... oh yeah, and Sam was already dead.

Chief Did fight on Reach, read "First Strike" He fought on reach to free Blue team.

No, In the book "Fall of Reach" he never fought during the ground battle at reach. He only participated in an action IN ORBIT around the plant to retrieve/destroy nav data on an ONI ghost ship.

Maybe that left one is that Elite who Arbiter killed in Halo 2. Remember him? He was against prophets so why not helping humans?

"We sleep peaceably in our beds, because rough men stand ready to visit violence upon those that wish to do us harm."

"Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of all those who threaten them."

As has been said many a time, Onyx exploded. Legendary planet isn't Onyx. And Gray team wasn't on Onyx anyway...
