Im starting this as early as possible because i do think bungie listens to its humongous fanbase. Basically, if you enjoyed any of the fps halos, and had a few ideas or changes you wish would have been added or brought back from previous halos; post them. I'm sure there are a few things here and there that the development team would like a different point of view on.

If you dont care about anyones suggestions and just want to give your point of view, skip all this and start spouting your great ideas you wish bungie would implement into their next game.

Heres my two cents on new or old things that would be a nice addition to Reach:

Campaign length: I honestly had no problem with the halo 1 and 2 campaigns having "the same look", on multiple levels (or literally the same level again), i still enjoyed all of that because it created a longer more in depth story to the first two games.

Multiplayer maps: This was something i was a little disappointed with, and im sure its been realized by many is the quality and lack of creativity (gameplay wise) of a few halo 3 maps. The one that comes to mind is isolation. In my opinion, this level has huge open spaces, and few creative gameplay mechanics; Its bland and boring. In halo 2, i found levels like Ivory tower, lockout, and even ascension to be very creative in the sense that you could play those maps with a new experience every time you played them.

Multiplayer gameplay: The pace of game play in halo 2 in my opinion was extremely fast paced and fun. When i started the halo 3 beta, this seemed to be some what maintained like when you threw out equipment, there was no animation, no delay, and no penalty for releasing it. But in the release version of halo the game pace was slowed by the addition of an animation which led to a slightly slower paced gameplay. Im not saying this specifically needs to change because i understand that it was added for balancing reasons. Basically, im hoping for an extremely fast paced multiplayer with multiple options to deal with enemies.

Forge: (if a similar feature is added to reach), i thought this was great, extremely fun, adds much more depth to the game. Only problems i had were the simple lack of snapping tools, or having to spend hours interlocking objects, or only allowing certain weapons/objects on certain maps. It would be great if the only limitation in forge was the prevention of excess amounts of fusion coils.

Theatre: i thought it was great, except for no actual rewind.

The only two big things i was somewhat disappointed with in halo three was the short campaign, and the lack of access to custom maps. By that i mean like an in game file share community where access to popular custom games is easy, For example, i never even found out about a game i really liked called iced mice.(i believe) until a couple months after its creation. I think a feature where you could easily search for custom games or host custom games without the need of going on the internet to find them would be great. For example: Johnny feels like playing the infection gametype on a custom variant of sandbox, he searches it up, and finds 33 games that are joinable and waiting in lobby, he joins the one that has the best connection, or one hes never tried before. Now johnny has a new favorite map to play infection on.

Your turn, rate other peoples ideas, and give yours.
