I'd love to be a 10 year old and tell my mom I'm going on an adventure out into the world catching Pokemon, with her full support. Never mind the fact that there are rapists, criminals, and murders out there, or the fact that I may get killed by a Pokemon.

Luckily I have Pikachu.

Unknown, it may be possible, but that all depends on what exactly the narrative is.

Quantum materiae materietur marmota monax si marmota monax materiam possit materiari?

I bet you he will be in it, but you won't play as him. He'll probably make a cameo at some point in the game, or maybe you'll hear other people talking about him.

"Play to win...Win to live."

No, Halo: Reach is a prequel to the Halo series, at the time the game took place John (Master Chief) was on the Pillar of Autumn.

You need to watch the VERY first cutscene of Halo CE or read Halo: The Fall of Reach to understand this. Halo CE takes place minutes AFTER Reach is destroyed.

I doubt it Halo 3 was the last game of the trilogy, and since Master Chief is a big part of that trilogy, he might not make an appearance.

YESYEH

Actually, he was born. All of the spartans, including john, were ready and had already done a few missions before the covenant first attacked, let only got to Reach. The battle on Reach led directly into the events of Halo 1. Chief and the Pillar of Autumn fled Reach with a random trajectory, and happened to find the first halo, so this game will still take place mostly in the same year as halo 1. All of the spartans, including Chief, were alive and fighting during the battle of reach, so i am 90% sure he will at least be in the game, maybe not playable, but at least in it.

Uh... Spartan 117. was trained on Reach...He was one of the first ones, and I think made either Red Team or Blue team... either or, he was trained there along with his friends.
