Well yesterday after they announced the new game I went searching through my jungle of stuff for my copy of the book. Now if you've read the boook you know it's arguably the best halo book written. So after I scattered through pages trying to remember more about the young blue team it got me thinking...

What if there are multiple endings as you play as multiple characters.

For example the first half of the campaign you'll play as a character on Blue team, But then since alot of chracters are split up you might have to play as differant characters.
Like, You may play as John as a added mission before he's on the pillar of Autaum.(idk how thats possible just throwing it out there.)

But on the other hand you'd also play as the other sparatans who survived and do a little mission where you end up having to kill a whole bunch of covenant to save an already dead teammate.

Anyone think that something like this could happen since blue team gets split up at the end?

My current setup: Custom built 360/PS3 portable gaming unit with built in Logitech X-540 5.1 speakers, Tritton ax-360 audio processing unit, 24" Sceptre 1080p 2 ms monitor, 8 built in USB's and 2 Built in 4" case fans with green LED backlighting.

It's funny how the campaign will eventually end with every spartan dieing (except john of course) so you'll pretty much being playing the campaign only to lose no matter what at the end.

This is of course assuming that this game will be played from the perspective of the spartans on reach during the covie attack, but im pretty sure thats a given.

Not every Spartan. There are still Spartans trapped on Onyx that survived the Reach incident.

Hmmmm I'm not even imposing that the characters live....Maybe you play as a spartan who is thought to survive but dies even before reaching contact with anyone.

All of the Spartans do not die. Read a book for once.

How many times do i have to say it, im sorry i've only read ONE halo book. So as far as i know in the end of fall of reach only one spartan is remaining and I based my post on that. Unless some of the spartans on reach were miracluously rescued during the glassing of the planet then every spartan who's story we follow on reach will die.
