Dear lord it's not that complex. It helps if you don't try to pull a fancy Nostradamus style message though. <From the beginning of this game, you know the ending of this game> rather than "From the beginning, you know the end". Halo:CE takes place immediately following, and the Reach novel clearly says the story. The rest of your writing is, no offense, a bunch of horse****. It's all speculation and an attempt at best.
As for you trying to state that this game ends the game's story and is post H3? NO. Bungie isn't THAT creative/stupid. It's the battle of Reach. Big guy is a big spartan. He looks nothing like an elite except that he has the shape of an upside down Y with arms. His helmet is clearly a spartan's. Next in line is a slim spartan, then a "normal" sized one, one wandering up the the rest, and one crouched with a sniper rifle. No elites.
Finally, this game most likely introduces nothing radical other than the new engine/graphics whatnot. It is not a new storyline. It can easily have a morbid ending but they do realize that 10 year olds play. It is not a new storyline. The "high" call numbers are either codenames or more simply just their designation number. John-117 is one of 75 spartans. Number has no order whatsoever as far as we know. NO! There are no more spartans. I's are pretty much just good soldiers who fall under regular military rank, II's got canceled after first class->That's what those two are, III's have separate designations.
Summary: Your title simply means "From the beginning of the game, we know its ending". This game does not introduce new largescale storyline(Only things such as battles on the planet, rather than "new spartans" other than current unnamed). Most of your theories are most likely false, and that stuff about the "second gravemind" etc. is probably just day-dreaming fantasies(I get those sometimes; just don't write them down).
