Once you go Black you never go back!

I'm all for the idea of Bungie bundling a complete collection of Halo 3's DLC maps, but why exactly are the bundling in the stock maps also?

Thanks for choosing to whine over being a productive member of the community and possible element towards advancing Reach.

Because it'll have the ENTIRE Halo 3 multiplayer in it.

Go Rams and Missouri!

So if you don't have Halo 3, you could just buy ODST.

Say you didn't have Halo 3, but at E3 you liked what you saw in ODST. You wouldn't have to get Halo 3, you could just get ODST when it came out.

Halo 3: ODST is going to be split into two disks, the first one will be the Main Disk which you will use all the time for Campaign, Multiplayer, The Forge and Theater. Because Halo 3: ODST is going to be crammed with loads of Campaign stuff, Bungie removed all the maps out of the disk. Meaning Multiplayer, Custom Games, The Forge and Theater don't work anymore.

Ah but Bungie have a solution.

When you load Disk 2 in. You will have the option to copy all the Maps to the Hard Drive. (All the Standard Maps and DLC Maps including the Mythic Part 2). Then when you load up Disk 1 again you will be able to use the maps for the Multiplayer.

Also I might aswell say this. Even if you have Heroic, Legendary, Cold Storage and Mythic on you're Hard Drive it will copy them again to the Hard Drive under "Halo 3: ODST" meaning you will have 2X each map pack.

That's retarded. There's no way in hell Microsoft would allow their pinnacle game to be sold simply as a "disc 2". Why not just pack in one of those scratch off cards with a code for Mythic pt.2?

Reach needs to be patched. It's the truth.

Rumors abound that the Forge/Theater are getting updates.
They are only rumors mind you.
