I know Bungie won't say it, but to most of us it IS a full game. It has its own campaign(which must either be pretty damn big, unless most of the disk space is taken by the Reach beta), which that alone makes it a full game to me. There's also the 2nd disk which contains a condensed Halo 3 with only Multiplayer, but ALL the maps. The value of those maps alone is about $20. (1400 MS points. A 1600 MS point card is $20) And the Reach beta will be available too(not sure if this is a download or if its included on the disk, but either way, its reached from the Extras menu on ODST). And Recon Armor for Halo 3. All that makes it MORE than worth the money.
