It seems as though all the game play shows most things outlined in yellow and then enemies outlined in red. What is the purpose for this? Just different vision in the ODST helmet vs. spartan/elite helmet?

Basically, I make the best topics ever.

Feedback!
Duardo: This thread is locked for being stupid.
cortana 5 : It's perpetually my time of the month and I'm just grouchy.
Foman: I see absolutely no reason, either theoretical or practical, that this is not a superb idea. Excellent work, my friend.

Its like night vision.

Shotgun sinners, wildeyes jokers, got you in my sights...

Yeah, you need SOME way of seeing at night. That's where VISR comes in.

VISR mode. You can toggle it on and off with the X button. It is augmented with low light vision enhancement, but it also identifies friendlies, enemies, and other points of interest.

Hmm...use it with the X button...does that mean no equipment? Because I'm sure in one of the gameplay trailers I saw a Brute throw down a Bubble Shield...

VISR is talked about on the ODST project page, but just to get filled in on most of ODST's features (based on the E3 build), watch this video.

Right. No equipment for the ODST.

This includes radar.

ODSTs can't pick up equipment or use it. Only way to use it is when Brutes deploy it.

Can't start your own party?

I like the look of it. Its all GRAW like, except actually good.

Yea that's what I was thinking. Except I love the graw campaign (at least Graw 2, never played the original) but I hate the multiplayer, so ODST is like a best of both worlds for me, a stealthy and sneaky campaign and good old halo 3 multiplayer. :D
