Subject: Lock on Rocket?

"This is the prototype NOVA Bomb, nine fusion warheads encased in lithium triteride armor. When detonated, it compresses its fissionable material to neutron-star density, boosting the thermonuclear yield a hundredfold. I am Vice Admiral Danforth Whitcomb, temporarily in command of the UNSC military base Reach. To the Covenant uglies that might be listening, you have a few seconds to pray to your damned heathen gods. You all have a nice day in hell..."

So I have a question will the rockets be able to lock on to vehicles like in Halo 2?

That would be epic if it could!

i would enjoy this, however, i don't think we'll need to lock to anything on very often. there are only a select few vehicals, and the only enemy one we have seen is the wraith, and if you can't hit one of those things with a rocket, you need help...

No. I don't think they will. The reason bungie took it out because it was replaced with the spartan lazor. As the lockon feature was the anti vehicle now its the splazer.

The Spartan Lazor is in ODST as seen at E3. So probably no it wont.

There is a spartan laser in the ODST trailer, so I'm highly doubtful there will also be the lock on rockets.
