I was watching the trailer and noticed that the graphics for the hands were..... meh. They looked alright. I'm just thinking that if I'm going to be seeing hands for this entire game, they'd better look good. Bungie got away with it in previous games because the Chief wore gloves, but now our protagonist is actually showing some skin. Hopefully Bungie can take the time to sharpen the character models this time around. The armor in Halo 3 was sub-par. I don't know much about creating models in games, but is it really that hard/time-consuming? Isn't there like a little knob you twist that makes the graphics better (that was a joke)? I'm not saying the graphics were bad, and I know the game is not finished. Just stating my mind. I'm tired of the graphics bashing this franchise gets, and I wonder if Bungie and its community are also.
Also, the look of the game seemed to be a bit Gears of War-esque. Not as bright and vibrant as the other Halo games. Seemed a little dark, muddy, and (oddly) golden. Which doesn't make sense, because aren't they run off the same program?
