No. With Halo Wars, you got them early. Halo 3: ODST is the only means to get these maps, and you don't need LE.

Urgh... So far, the next three maps (the conclusion to the Mythic map pack) are only announced to be released on a separate disc with Halo 3: ODST. This disc will be a gateway to Halo 3's multiplayer features, including Forge. Campaign will likely not be on it. The disc will have all of the maps (DLC and non DLC) on it.It is likely that the last three maps will hit the Marketplace at one point or another, some time after Halo 3: ODST is released.
