Would you either first, go and tryout the new maps for halo 3 and get that recon we've all been waiting for(if you have all the vidmasters). Or would you go for the Halo : Reach beta first. IMO I would do ODST for a while, go on the beta for Halo : Reach and then go and have a look at the new maps.

What would you do first?

Well, you won't be able to play the Reach beta first since it won't be available yet.

That's kind of flawed. You can't get Recon armor just from finding the newest skulls. You also have to get the three Vidmasters in Halo 3: ODST, and I would imagine that they take place in the Campaign.

if knowledge is power and power corrupts, isn't knowledge therefore dangerous?
Black Tower

Around the 4:15 mark in G4TV's interview with Brian Jarrard. It seems Youtube is down right now...

Anyway, Olivia Munn asks when it will be, and he accidentally says, "And it'll be there in Mar-- Actually, we aren't disclosing that information yet."
