behind the moon

my knowledge is based on the physics classes i have taken

but first lets look at why time travel actually makes for garbage story telling,...
if time travel was possible, then it would pretty much be the cheapest weapon ever, why, because you could constantly go back in time until you got the desired outcome you wanted, and it would pretty much make for an infinite terrible story line. most stories which already have time travel are stupid and make no sense, ill let you be the judge of that,

anyways, one of the easiest places to take advantage of time is in space due to factors that no longer affect speed "time". u cant actually slow down time or stop or go bac in time.

what you can do is speed up yourself which in turn makes everything around you slow down

ex:// you sort of distort time when you go light speed. to you, it would seem nothing has changed really but everything else, depending on your speed, seems to be terribly slow or almost stopped.
now for someone outside of light speed, they dont notice any change either, but to them you move at incredibly fast speeds,

thats pretty much time travel

Your point? Who said anything about time travel?

Whoah. That wall is long. To time travel you would have to A. Rip a hole in space time, or B. go faster than the speed of light. It may even be the coupling of the two. I personally do not believe the planet at the end of Halo 3 is Reach. If it is I do not think Master Chief went back in time. The Frigate we saw could have been the one in the trailer that had no relation to the one from Halo 3. Dawn something or other right?

a lot of people are speculating that sierra 117 aka john went back in time after halo 3 back to reach and thats the planet hes landing on after you beat the game on legendary

so what they are trying to say is that reach = halo 4

the constant C, stands for light speed, which is THE fastest speed know to man, you cant go faster, but only be some sort of percentage value based upon light speed

Received my Recon 7/7/2009 for First Game in Bungie vs The World.

I think the time travel that most of the people think is accidental. Instead of having a time travel system that everybody could use, more like something that happened with the ship getting cut in half at the end of Halo 3.

Yes but the chief just went through a wormhole... that impossible so physics have been thrown out the window already.

Wormholes are not fiction. We just can't keep one open and stable for more than a few miliseconds.
