Subject: When I go out and pick up ODST...

If this is the state of my art, then I secede.

...after I beat the campaign (of course!), and I pop in the multiplayer disc, and open up forge, will I be able to place the FX and other forge items that the newer maps got on the original disc maps? For example, will I be able to place a Juicy filter in Valhalla? Will I be able to place a shield door on The Pit? Any word on this?

The Flood Revolution is coming...

I would not expect that, it would have been done already.

The tip of the sword... That's the place I am at.. In the front of the fighting force.

No. They need to be put in the maps from the beginning. The FX can't be added in as a side thought.

Filters would have been a day one thing, it's really too late to change the old maps now. I don't think objects like filters can just be added to them for you to use. The new disc will not change that.

It's on a brand new disc, so essentially, it's from the beginning.

Metroid Prime 3 is a Wii only title, and the first was completely remade to support the controls. Both single-player game. This discussion is about the multiplayer aspect of two version of one game that need to be compatible.

New disc means nothing really, they did not completely rebuild the multiplayer. It's Halo 3 and Halo 3 v.2 or Halo 3 GOTY Edition to be honest, it's nothing more than all DLC on disc.

The maps originate on the Halo 3 disc. The disc for ODST has to be compatable with Halo 3. So the maps can't be re-made at all. The only maps that can have anything added are the ones being made which isn't really adding anything to them.
