*A Note Before I begin. I know you all are excited for the release of Halo 3: ODST but you all got to calm down. Don't make repeat threads. Read up on all the information you can find and formulate a question. Run that question thru the nice search bar Bungie has provided you making sure you on the ODST filters. If you cannot find such a question then make a thread and discuss. If you do find the thread comment you ideas onto it. These forums are a place to hold open discussions about the game. It is to provide information and theories. And now to my question"

Your Final Mission could take place at Rat's Nest Securing the Hangar for Master Chief's arrival. Now you say that hey hero get your facts straight, ODST takes place at an earlyer date. Well my response is that couldn't you fast forward your memory? The intire experience takes the idea of taking the memories of your comrades and reliving them. Why not?

Hey Hero get your facts straight, what makes you think that the Hanger in Rats Nest needed securing for Master Chief's arrival?

I hope we get some mention of the Chief... he will be missed.

No. Bungie have stated that Master Chief will not appear in the game. And anyway, as I stated on the Halo Reach forums, this is an idea that some kid would think up just to have his favourite character in the story. It's not the sort of thing that great story tellers like Bungie would do.

Well Fusbun, if you played the Mission Crows Nest at all you would have noticed when All the Phantoms that were coming in there was in air battle outside with all the Hornets. Who do you think stopped even more wraiths from comming in? You realize that Truth, knowing that Master Chief was the only person capable to stop him, would throw his whole army to kill him and Arbitor all at one. The ODST after helping to secure the Pelican Launch area would move over the the area the Commander Keys was to lift off. That area must have been swarming with Enemies both Sky and infantry. The ODST could clear a path and keep the ship safe. It would explain events between the story when you don't see Keys and why Johnson was having Trouble In the Tasvo Highway mission.

We might get to play the mission in the Halo: Landfall video, but other than that I doubt it.

He might not show up in the Campaign but he could show up as an Unlockable Character in that FireFight game. Johnson is unlockable via a code for preording.

I thought Keyes and Johnson got out in a Pelican, Miranda was flying the Pelican at the launch pad and Johnson got in the back...

Also; I suppose the rest of your post makes sense, there seems to be plenty of open spots that the Rookie could fill up in areas like Rats Nest or Tsavo Highway.
