Subject: Sergeant Johnson back from the grave to kick some ass.

I beat down a Scarab.

I can't wait to see what role Johnson will play in ODST. Personally I think he will be a playable character in Firefight. What do you think?

They already siad he will be a playable character in firefight. You have to preorder ODST though.

ODST takes place before Johnson's death.

Per Audacia Ad Astra

But he's not dead yet. Halo 3: ODST is before Halo 3 so Johnson remains alive.

Oh and by the way Johnson IS playable in Firefight when you pre-order the Special Edition of Halo 3:ODST.

He cannot possibly be back from the dead, as the event of Johnson dieing during the end of Halo 3 is yet to happen during the time of HALO 3: ODST so he is in no way related to death as of yet.

Do you have to preorder the game from a certain shop or just preoder it from anywhere to get sergeant Johnson?

  • 06.04.2009 9:52 AM PDT

Hi, I am the White Mamba Overlord of our group the ODSM.
We are not a clan, and we don't play the game for competition. Instead we play for fun, and to hang out with friends. If you are interested in joining go to our group homepage and sign up. Membership is open.
We are mostly a Halo 3: ODST group for help with achievements and stuff, but we also will play a lot of Halo 3 matchmaking.

I'm pretty sure you won't even see him since he is off to Delta Halo through the slipspace rupture in the begining....

EDIT: And as some have already said before me. You can play as him in firefight (If you preorder the game).

Yeah.

OP, I'm not sure if you thought ODST actually took place after the events of Halo 3 and now you're just trying to cover that up.

I would name my son Ezio Shepard Mactavish Vakarian Arbiter.

I'm starting to think Johnson was cloned. He died at the legendary ending of Halo 1.

Technically, Johnson has been "back from the grave" since Halo 2, being that we all saw him die in the Legendary Ending of Halo:Combat Evolved.

Although, First Strike says differently, when we find him "on a pelican" but whatever.

But chronologically speaking, he's not back from the grave. Just back in time.
