You ever see a totem pole? My picture is on the bottom.

I prefer the game without.

I never owned Halo 3, but have rented it three times (twice for myself, and once with a friend) and thoroughly enjoyed it, but never got the hang of which symbols represented which equiptment.

Of course this could just be the fruit of a more experienced player, adding depth even after you've begun to master the game.

But in a game that isn't over the top balls to the walls action, I don't think the equiptment fits quite as well.
When you played as a guy who could leap small buildings in a single bound or two, that was one thing, but this is a little different.

Two makes there more than speakers.

You're trying to survive in ODST. So I don't see why they can't use equipment. Lucky enough we get four of each grenades.

I really like how ODST sort of blended the gameplay by removing and adding a bunch of old and new gameplay mechanics, should feel like if you put Halo 1, 2, and 3 in a blender and left it in for a few hours.

Since we're playing as ODSTs, no equipment feels right.

Typical Halo nerd. Move along.

Equipment wasn't even released until after High Charity fell. So....no equipment means they are keeping true to the Halo Universe.
