I don't know how much a euro is, but ODST is going to retail for 60$ U.S.

And Reach? Definitely 60$ U.S.

No, it is a misprint. We usually pay around £35-£45 pound for games (between $65 and $75).

Lol. Couldn't agree more... Tesco have been really cheap with games and consoles for some reason at the moment too...

i thought odst was just going to be a game add on campaign for halo 3?

  • 06.04.2009 5:12 PM PDT

add a horn that says "!%*@ BILL O' REILLY" in Austin Powers' voice, and
I like how if anyone ever says a nice thing about Bungie people think all they want is Recon, and if someone says something bad about Bungie people join with them. And then after they get done bagging on Bungie, they go play the game that Bungie made

ODST has been made much larger than previously anticipated.

Also, the price for Reach is BS. The game has had no beta testing and is nowhere near finished. I don't believe that that price is fixed or even based on any information from MS or Bungie.

  • 06.04.2009 6:20 PM PDT

Wtf. That means reach would be more than 60.

  • 06.04.2009 6:25 PM PDT

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

I'm not too sure what the current rate of exchange is, but ODST has been set at standard retail price for new 360 games. Considering all the new features they have packed in I think it's fairly well justified. Reach is gonna be an all new game so it is only natural that they would go the same route, but to my knowledge there has been no announcement for firm pricing for Reach yet.

You should never take vendor websites at their word, wait until either Bungie or MS says something.

Almost every US game is around $60. Poor, poor brits.
