damn straight i play Jazz.

Problem is, this isn't made by Bungie. It is published by Bunige.

I have seen the above and much like it posted all over this forum. Simply put: this is wrong...

Halo: Reach is being made by Bungie. Bungie is not a publisher. Plain and simple. Microsoft game studios is.

The publisher put the game on the disc set a price, and markets it. The developer (Bungie) is the group who made the game.

As Bungie is making Halo: Reach (see the fact it is under their website, they are credited with the trailer, they label it THEIR next project) they are the developer, Microsoft Game Studios is publishing the game, just like all the other Halo FPS games.

HACK THE PLANET!

Besides, Bungie probably "started this" way before they split with MS.

These games are in the works much longer than you guys think.

100% agree.

Master Chief's next adventure is Bungie's secret 3rd project mentioned long ago...

It is true that Halo: Reach is being made by Bungie, however it is not true that Halo Reach is Halo 4 and if so is a tangible theory and not a confirmed factoid that positions Halo: Reach's storyline after Halo 3's... which it obviously isn't... and is where I disagree with you.

Halo:Reach takes place immediately before Halo:CE, it was the invasion/destruction of Reach that the Pillar of Autumn was fleeing to lead them away from Earth. After the blind jump to slipspace they arrived at Halo.

would certainly take place after halo wars as harvest was much before reach. reach was the last stronghold before earth. as for sequal... probably not as this is made by bungie and is confirmed as a FPS. a sequal to halo wars would be an RTS

Im pretty sure Reach was the first encounter with the Convenant, making it before Harvest.

I would assume they would cover most if not all the book. Not just the battle of reach. Which if i remember correctly was pretty short considering how badly the covenant "pumped some butts." It would be completely unrealistic to think that Bungie (a software developer since they started) would do anything but make the games they announce. If people want to be uninformed and fail to listen to reasoning just let them be. Eventually they'll hear from someone official that what they've been spreading around is indeed false.
