So, from what I can gather, Microsoft believes Halo 3: ODST carries enough content to warrant a $60 price tag. From what I'm reading, that content contains the ODST campaign, the new firefight mode, 3 new maps, as well as all the previous maps, and a beta key to Halo: Reach.
Do you think it's worth it? If you're one of those who bought the previous map packs(As well as Halo Wars), do you think it's fair to pay the same price for content you've already purchased? Does the length of the campaign have any impact on the price, in your opinion?
Although not the best way to capitalize on Halo's fanbase for profit, I think it'd be nice if they compartmentalized features that could be individually purchased on Xbox Live, in addition with being able to buy the whole, physical package. (In that you'd be able to buy just the campaign/firefight if you wished).
What are your thoughts?I have the map packs, HW LE, H3 Legendary Edition, and I'm getting the Limited Edition of Halo 3: ODST.
