Exalted is considered "the highest" because you can't get any bans or warnings of any kind for quite a long time, which is harder than just being a member for a long time.

The receptionist at my company used to work at McDonalds and Burger King...

I hear they'll be serving fries at the front desk now!

Yes, except there is no french fry grease, or a frier for that matter. Your analogy just got owned.

Yes there is... you obviously know nothing of MY work.

The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher regard those who think alike than those who think differently.

Maybe they hired him to make coffee. Who knows?
Noooooo!!!

That's the position I interviewed for. I didn't realize they'd filled it already.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

I don't always buy things reported by OXM, they have certainly been wrong before and no 3rd party publication is without reporting errors. If the inclusion of a former Ghost Recon creater is true than it certianly is feasable. Personally I feel they should do something the change it up a bit, the FPS format will get old eventually.

Fair enough. I doubt they would be wrong about Bungie hiring this guy, though.

This is a great time for Halo fans though, two games accross two years! Thats pretty crazy consdering the time between the Halo sequals. I'm just hoping that doesn't mean the quality will suffer, but i'm sure it won't.

Bungie wants to be a multi-game developer. I think we are seeing this happening. I doubt it will suffer at all. If it has a multiplayer beta, its going to be huge no matter what genre it is.

I personally don't think it will suffer either, but rushing has shown bad products in the past (Halo2 campaign). I'm curious as to just how long they have been working on it, I would imagine awhile since they are releasing a Beta inside of a year.

I don't think Halo: Reach would have been rushed anyway. By the time it comes out three years will have passed since Halo 3. Which has been the norm for the original Halo games (except ODST which is using the existing Halo 3 framework). That is, if they started working on it after Halo 3.

True. Now that I think about it having the -blam!- beat out of you with a pool ball in a tube sock by your degenerate pimp is the better choice.

Well, I dont know if you guys listened to the bungie podcast, but they talked about how using the Halo 3 engine and stuff pushed Halo: ODST along the development cycle at a very fast pace. Like, if they are developing a new engine or something, then that explains the longer dev cycle to Reach. Of course, if they used the Halo 3 engine then that game will be so disgustingly sick then it wont even make sense, because they will have had 3 solid years of game time, not 1 year of tech stuff then 2 years of game. If it is squad based, they might have needed a new engine. I dont know anything at all about that kind of stuff though, so dont take my word for bible. Im just taking some fairly well backed guesses.
