As I was looking through the manual I saw that hunters would be incorporated into the game. This is really weird because no human can take on a hunter unless they are a spartan. If you have read the books, in one chapter two unshielded spartans were killed by hunters. Leading to a conclusion I believe that if you are faced with hunters you will have to be the guy with the spartan laser. a normal odst with no shields will have no chance against a hunter unless he has heavy fire power.

"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give EL1TE SUPR3MACY lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

... and that's why you have teammates.

but when you fight em your the player character, so you have enhanced abilites, in video games, whoever is controlled by the player, is the driving force in the enitre army, despite what others of their kind are like.

I've seen marines take out hunters in the Halo campaign. Lasers, Shotguns, Rockets, Sniper rifles, with a little skill and a bit of luck they can let even the most puny human take down these towering behemoths.

You're capable of using los and dodge, you'll be fine.

The internet is a bad place.

I think the times when you meet hunters are the times you think:-blam!-!,Hide!
But 1 ODST can distract the hunter and another one can shoot it in the back.

It's not that they can't kill the hunter, simply that is very difficult. In like, Halo 1 and 2, whenever they didn't know a human was nearby, they would have thier sheilds at their sides and their necks up, exposing to major weak points. It would be easily possible, even without teammates, to kill even a pair of hunters if you were tactical enough and had good aim.

Another thing I would like to point out is that hunters are huge, even compared to a spartan. How can an odst take on a pair of huge beasts that are twice his size? Also I dont completely understand if there will be teammates in this game because the object of the game is to find out what happened to your lost teammates.

There are cases of ODSTs killing Hunters, just not many.

Really? No human can kill a hunter, why? They have guns and the ability to move. Thats all you need.

It's for the game play we will be able to.

Since we're playing behind the ODST's, it gives us the potential to kill Hunters

You Shall Worship Me As Though I Where Thy God! For I Posses The Blue Flag!

what happens is you start off alone and you're trying to find your team and where they are. so i guess when you meat up with a teammate or the entire team, then you can play with a friend. idk all i know is that they said it would be 4-player co-op
