Yes, unrealistic because the only enemies that SHOULD be hurt by it are grunts, yet it remains, dishing out damage to all.
Very unrealistic indeed.
Here's a nice example;
Go into the field full of cattle with a real rifle, unloaded, go to the bull in the herd (if any of you have ever seen the sheer size of cattle, bulls in particular, irl) and then HIT that Bull in the side full force with your rifle. Chances are the Bull weighs around 500kg and your little 'butt attack' would of just caused it minor discomfort or annoyed it so it flops away or something.
Now for a comparison, a 400lb land Gorilla is only about 181kg.
A 200lb man, about 6.2feet tall is around 90kg, which is why your butt would probably hurt him a whole lot if you got him in the face.
Guess wat. Brutes weigh about 500kg, 1100lb approx.
