I agree. Bungie should take their time and plan over the new games because we all believe that they could make awesome games. It's just that they need more time and not to rush things. Bungie, you have the whole world to make games. Just like BIllyN4sty NL said, we have patience and we believe that Halo: Reach and Halo: ODST will come out awesome. So, please hear us Bungie, we have patience and you just take your time making the games.

Couldnt Agree more with this thread. I would stongly reccommend that bungie does take there time with this game. Really dont let anyone rush you not even your fans. We want a great game not a rushed one. If people do complain ignore them and come out with an amazing game.

I am a director, writer, and administrator for Abyss Studios. I can be contacted through halosavior001@yahoo.com

The only reason it was a let down was because Bungie decided to try a new method of making their games. The split everyone up and everyone worked on their own part. The idea was to bring it all together in the end. When they did that the results were horrible. The game was a complete mess. So the scrapped everything and restarted. Not only that, but Bungie had Microsoft breathing down their necks. You can't blame Bungie for trying a new way to create games, it's the only real way to progress; experiment. Obviously that method failed and I'm sure they'll try something else.

As for that video, it was made strictly for E3. It was never going into the full game.

Lastly, Halo 2 was not a failure. If I am correct, it sold more than Halo 3. And I'm pretty sure you spent countless hours playing multiplayer on Live.

2001: Halo combat evolved
2004: Halo 2
2007: Halo 3
2010: Halo reach

The full games which run on a different (new) engine are 3 years apart from each other. Have the previous games ever let you down? I think they haven't!
The Halo 2 we know today was developed in about 11 months. This video shows what it was supposed to be like. Halo 2 was a let down, campaign-wise and multiplayer wise.

I never said Halo 2 was a failure, I said Halo 2 was a let down. It was fun, but it wasn't all it could have been.

Yeah, ODST will last a long time, if they needed, they could take another year.

True that

Please consider enlisting in the UNSC's Black Water Ops Program. Led by Recon and featured multiple time in Bungie's Community Spotlight. We have over 4000 members in just over 9 months and we are growing everyday. I hope to see at BWO!

Only thing I would like to say to Bungie.

Please take your time to complete this game in full glory. Do not cut the missions like you did with Halo 3 due lack of time. If you need more time, take more time. We can wait.... we have patience.

Keep up the good work!

That's why we have ODST, right? A little snack to hold us over until our next meal?

Agreed, though I have faith in Bungie. I'm sure they will deliver.

Really looking forward to this. Loved the novel and especially the three (+ 1 Halo Wars) games out there right now!

I agree, I have also faith in Bungie. A lot of topics on this forum are already complains and requests, I don't think that is necessary as well.

Since the release of Halo 3 Bungie has had a 200 man/woman team working on Halo:Reach, a pretty big secret to be keeping where as they have only had a 50 man/woman team working on Halo 3:ODST.
