Reach may have been glassed but it dosent mean its not reach. glassed planets are habitable
No being glassed means that uninhabitable. That's basically the entire purpose of glassing to make sure that the planet is no longer habitable. (Note does not apply to partial glassing in which case only the glassed area would be uninhabitable)

Really people, read the books, there are still several Spartan II's AND III's alive, and seeing how this is reach, there are several more then at the end of halo 3. (and if you want to be OCD about it Spartan 2.5's)
Also, as for the whole "those are/might be the same planet," I'll have to disagree. If the Planet we saw at the end of Halo 3 was actually Reach, pre or post fall, where's the evidence? Where is the Orbital Defense System? (Giant Space MAC cannons) If it's post Fall, where are the destroyed ships and debris from the battle that happened before Keyes Jumped? Also, the time between The Fall of Reach and the End of Halo 3 are not that far apart, there would still be VERY visible signs of the destruction dealt by the Covenant. The planet at the end of Halo 3 was most likely not Reach, seeing as it's all metallic/built, there's no Space debris, or visible signs of destruction on the surface. As for the whole blue aura thing, there's not that many colors we can see with our eyes, blue is just a regularly occurring one in space.
Furthermore Cortana says it's going to take years for the UNSC to find them. Reach is basically right next door to Earth and it takes either days or weeks to make that jump. Not years.
