A simple life.

Has anyone wondered if this game will be more vulgar and or violent than previous Halo titles?
I think it would be neat if they had some more gore. Although I dont want it to turn into a GOW type deal.

That's pretty much it.

MOAR GOR PL0X

I am the president and the assassin

"Click clack blast em"

Im sure any Marines could bleed more but a Spartan? Remember they are head to toe in armor. Tough armor sure they die but I dought a whole lot of blood would come out of small bulletholes.

Because spartans sheilds arn't there armor and bullets dont touch them if there sheilds are up but as soon as they go down 5 shots take em' down. 5-10 bulletholes arent going to do much.

I don't think they would bleed given the fact that super heated plasma would sear any flesh it came into contact with, likely boiling blood and cauterizing wounds....I always wondered why there was bleeding when they got hit with plasma...

Do it on a Windows 98 computer until it crashes. It's fun on a bun out of the sun without Mr. Dun and his friend who's a Nun that carries a gun which apparently feels like a ton.

Gore slows games down, and is completely unnecessary.

that to takes away from the engine.

I am flatterd that you botherd to look at my signature.

whell if the game engine is working on smooth gameplay and not gore there will be less lag..

Gow laged like hell cause of to much stuff going on... and alot of the time your face would look like buger and werent sure if you were human or not..

Here we are again bro... Just you and me. Same kind of moon same kind of jungle. Real number 10 remember... Whole platoon, 32 men chopped into meat... We walk out just you and me, nobody else. Right on top huh? Not a scratch... Not a f**kin' scratch. You know who ever got you. They'll come back again. And when he does I'm gonna cut your name right into him... I'M GONNA CUT YOUR NAME RIGHT INTO HIM!

The more gore they put into the game the higher the age rating would be and that would affect microsofts profits, and we all know how much they like there cash. So I cant see Reach being any gorier than Halo3.

No. Halo got where it is by being a middle ground for FPS fans who didn't want so much gore that their entire screen was red.

Pretty much this. There's no real need for gore and it probably won't drag in more people to buy the game, so I doubt that it would be implemented.

i <3 the gore. maybe not too much though, this is still halo. just more than halo 3

What would be cool is if it melted the armor plating or burned through them(the person) entirely.

Punching grunts with the piistol in the face is extremely enjoyable in HALO CE :)

Wonder what Bungie have in store for use after Reach?

They did try it with Halo 3 but decided it wasn't what they wanted. I remember watching a doc on the making and I sour a brute get his legs chopped off, a marine's arms ripped off and I'm sure there was more
