Yeah I've read FOR. MC wrecks 4 OD's as a teenager.

Using that as a basis of sorts, Spartan II versus any number of ODST's.

Several setups--

1. The control: No weapons, no armor. Spartan II versus ODST's. How many can the spartan take and win against?

2. Spartan II in full Mjolnir Armor (we'll say Mark V because we've more data on it), against full combat gear ODST's (obviously the ODST's get the short end of the stick here, but oh well.) How many can the Spartan take? 10? 20? 50?

3. Spartan II in full Mjolnir Armor with choice of two weapons and two grenade types. ODST's with same configuration. (Arguably the first set-up in which OD's have a chance.)

4. And finally, for the hell of it, Spartan II in full Mjolnir Armor, unarmed, against armed and geared ODST's. Spartan will likely lose, but how many does he take out?

Environment is 1000 square meters, limited low cover. Say a ruined parking lot in post-invasion New Mombasa.

Serious debate and nonsense is welcome.

and how!

1. Over NINE THOUSAAAANND!

2. Over NINE [hundred] THOUSAAAAND!

3. Probably between 5 - 15, depending on if the Spartan is able to get behind cover quickly.

4. Depends how close together they start. If it is within 10 or 20 feet I'd say the Spartan could kill between 5 and 10 of them, providing said Spartan doesn't catch a shotgun blast to the face.

Read the halo graphic novel its not master chief but a retired spartan. and its all good not just that separate story.

1. Id say about 10

2. He took out about 5 in that, so id say about 20

3. Say as 2 but with more Fatalities

4. Um, 30 if he can pick up their guns

3 responses?

Pathetic.

Come on people. This kind of crap is fun.

Four shots, four kills, reload, repeat. This is the work of a sniper.

Why are you complaining about your responses, were you really expecting this to be a thread full of win, especially since this has been said a million times.

In a one on one, spartan. A group of ODSTs, ODSTs.
And in the book, I don't recall them being ODSTs, correct me if I'm wrong and I'll definitely change my answer. I thought they were just drill instructors.

It was master chief, and he was 12-14 (idk what age he was, just somewhere there) against 4 ODSTS

They were absolutely ODST's.

You can find the exact quote in FOR.

It depends on the Spartan. Kelly would have quite the leg up in combat against ODSTs because of how quick she is. All of them are trained assassins, so in close combat it's just a matter of one-hitting as many of them as you can as fast as possible without taking hits, or without taking hits you can't -- via momentum -- account for.

I don't think I could accurately partake in this guess game. Too many factors in battle, most of all being luck.
