Steam: RageRunner32 | StarCraft II: RageRunner | Lets play Pc sometime :)

Anyone that has followed the latest developments of Halo: ODST at E3 has seen how the game differs from the traditional Halos we have come accustomed to. Two of the more defining in my opinion are the open world and multiple protagonists the player assumes the role of through the story.

So seeing how the Spartan involvement on Reach was split into multiple teams and experiences, does anyone see Reach following ODST's new "playing through the eyes of someone" concept?

Welcome to the three part series of a UNSC sniper

I can definetely see it following the ODST's style of play. I'm guessing you will play through the eyes of those five people (who look Spartan) in the Halo: Reach picture at least once during the campaign. It might even be a sort of "open world", where you can decide which direction you want to take to get to a certain spot in the missions. You could possibly take a quick route through a bunch of Covenent, or follow a long bridge with some resistance upon it and fire from banshees flying overhead.

There's a good shot Halo: Reach will continue to thrive with original Halo gameplay.

Why?

My assumption is that Halo: Reach is about the fall of Reach, aka when all the Spartans die asides from 117.

Which means your a Spartan.
