Why don't you level 50's out there, when you finally decide to apply for colleges...why don't you put that you were a level 50 on your application. And put it on your job resume, too. See how much it matters, and how much people care.

1. Do not speak for the entire community, as you misrepresent thousands. I view it as a $60 game easily. Don't want it? Don't buy it.
2. MS has never said that the beta has directly influenced the price tag. Bungie has called it a bonus for fans, which means that even in its absence, the game would likely still be $60, which it would still be worth. Don't want it? Don't buy it.
3. It is also the only expansion pack for a popular video game on the 360 console to provide not just a new campaign experience, but also a game mode that in and of itself would make a good game. Didn't you already complain about the price in your previous two points? Don't want it? Don't buy it.
4. I highly doubt that they would advertise Recon on the box with anything other than an image. This point is pointless because you have not seen boxart. Don't want it? Don't buy it.
5. Ocular implants. Don't want it? Don't buy it.
So, bottom line here is... MS hasn't gotten anything wrong yet because it is far too early to be making such claims on baseless information. If you don't want the game then do not buy it. Rent it. Or hell, don't play it at all.
well put.
i want to expand on number 5.
they didn't put him in to "ruin" the game play. i don't think how you look to other characters could possibly affect YOUR playing the game when everything else is the same. and he was put in there to say, here you go, have some fun we know you guys like Johnson.
you're complaint about him being in firefight is so weak and unwarranted.
people like You ( as in the OP) piss me off. you have never even played the game, yet you are judging it as if you have played the entire game, several times, and played through the extra modes for months. but guess what! you have only barely even seen the game.
it may be an expansion pack but not only is it stand alone, but it has a full story driven campaign, with massive exploration possibilities, and it has a multi-player mode, firefight, for co-op covenant killing action, that large numbers of fans have wanted. AND it comes with the full multi-player portion of halo 3. that would mean forge, all maps, probably even theater and all that comes with it. that sounds like your getting more then a full game to me.
it sounds like you are getting ODST and most of halo 3. so lets call it a game and a half.
and you cant say that ODST isn't a full game because it doesn't have competitive multi-player.
look at bioshock. no multi-player at all.
so please take your closed minded hate elsewhere.
