Subject: How many players would you have liked in Fire Fight?

"Anyone can give up it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's the true strength."

Is it okay to you having only a 4-man squad in Fire Fight? Would you like to have more? Say 6? 8? State how many players you would like and a reason why.
I would like 6 players for the reason of 4 being too small. Why too small? Because when I usually get people to play horde/-blam!- zombies with me, I usually take them from another party of friends. What will the other players do? So 6 would make the game fun in my opinion yet also solves the problem of some of my friends being left out.
Lame excuse for 6 people. Yours?

10, but make the enemy count higher just for the sheer intensity of it all.

I like just 4, you can get more kills that way.

I don't really mind. Anything 4+ is fine with me.

The land of fun freedom has been taken by the recon greedy fingers of the boosted 50's and lag switch wielding trolls of the bungie forums. The ones blinded by the goal of a 50 don't see how fun halo is any more it became a goal instead of a recreation....... Sorry to say man but its over.

4 is fine i think

Team Slayer: 48
Team Doubles: 46
Team SWAT: 46
MLG: 45
Team Snipers: 43
Squad Battle: 37

more than 4 wouldn't be fun for me. It would be hard to rack up the kills with more people.

Nevermind that works

"So on the winds, we sail forth... on the sea of chalupas... CHALUPAS!
When out of the ocean, the great chalupa king, he comes with his mighty bolt of electric lightning fury.
My chalupas I DEFEND! From the king of the great chalupa seaaa!
With his arms of modern steam-powered engine of the future!

I'd like at least 6. I'm just tired of all of these games having a 2 or 4 coop player limit.

"You know our motto: We Deliver."

I think 4 players is a equal balance of firepower against waves of Covenant troops.

And this got me thinking, remember the description for Halo 1's campaign level Assault on the Control Room? Something along the lines of, "Defend the Control Room from wave after wave of Covenant troops"? A cool Firefight map would be one based off of Halo 1's/Halo3's Control Room, where your team starts off at the top of the pyramid/Zigguarat and the dropships drop off troops at the base of the tower.

I am flatterd that you botherd to look at my signature.

4 i think is an exelent choice... but 10 would be cool.. imagine a huge wall and all you have is sniper and SMG and an unlimted amount of covenant chargine trying to scail the wall.. that would be a load of fun...

4 is perfect. Higher becomes a crowd, and usually your speech doesn't make much of a difference.

It's not Hip-Hop, its Electro.... prick.

5 players would be better. But i'm cool with 4, no complaints...

Reach needs to be patched. It's the truth.

5 or 6. Big parties are awesome

  • 06.08.2009 6:31 PM PDT

I think a maybe 6-8 if there had if they have multi directional maps. Stuck on top of a hill, with enemies poring in from multiple directions would have been hectic and awesome!

Agreed, I mean more then 4 people would be fine with me but it would be harder to rack up kills during the game.
