I have no clue. They are more used to the 360 now so I can see them making levels quicker, but if they want to improve the game or graphics then more time and resources are being used so it would equal out and be pretty much the same size with more features. It's hard to say though. They had a small team working on either this or ODST during Halo 3 so it may be bigger, or they were only working on Halo 3 and ODST so everything is new, but since they are split into two teams or more then they may miss out in adding levels that would make the game bigger and longer. Like how Halo 3 lost the Guardian level, and resorted to some backtracking. The team may be spread too thin for making a Bioshock campaign experience. It's too tough to figure out without working for Bungie yourself.
