Subject: A Small (But good) Idea

OK...it's nothing big, but I was wondering if Bungie would think this is a good idea or if you guys think it's a good idea.

So while playing Campaign on Co-op earlier, we started playing the Ark, I asked my friends if they wouldn't skip the cutscene as I wanted to watch it. but like always, theres one person who skips it in the party.

So this is where my idea comes in... do you think it would be possible so only th Party leader can skip the cutscenes? It's so frustrating when you want to watch it when someone says "Oh no it's boring" or "Woops my finger slipped". Esspecialy since alot of people are going to be playing the Campaign in Co op.

What do you guys think?

Edit: Maybe it could be like on Halo Wars? Where is one person skips it.. they are skip it while the other person still watches. Just an idea.

Halo: CE Anniversary Achievement Idea
C-C-C-CANNON BREAKER!
Let Sgt. Johnson die on Halo.

I always yell at my friends who skip cutscenes.

Now I only play Campaign with my friends who love Halo for the storyline, hehe. I can actually trust them.

I could never give up the Halo storyline to a co-op experience. I love to play co-op, but you just don't get immersed like you do in single player. Anyway, that said, I think a better idea than only letting the party leader to skip is to implement unanimous vote-based skipping. Kinda like Left 4 Dead requires everyone to press A to skip the credits. It's a very simple idea, but it'd work wonders. I mean, if even one person would like to see the scene, they should be able to - after all, it could ruin their experience otherwise.

Anyone I'm playing a Halo game through co-op for the first time isn't going to skip the cut scenes. After that I don't care.

master chief, cortana and arby jump on the pelican and fly away just in time of Gravemind's tentacle and the explosion of High Charity. They then fly onto halo when the elites make a quick exit for the portal and offer arby the chance to go with them but he decides to stay with the chief. Johnson then says that he is landing amanda's cruiser close to where Chief is landing the pelican so they can meet up but Cortana tells him "safe is better than close" so he lands a few miles away, the freezing tempretures then freeze up the pelican when they approach the control room and thats when the crash and the last mission begins. you can always youtube it.

It sounds like a good idea to me, but sometimes others really don't want to watch a cutscene. I do like the idea of a Cutscene vote-to-skip option better. If one player wishes to skip the cutscene, he cannot because the other 3 do, and vice-versa.

Yah, then Firemen could slide down on it! Oh wait....you meant poll

Anyways, nice idea. I'd love to see it implemented.

Mythical Group

There is no greater catharsis than arguing on the Flood.

I want this so bad. When we were playing vidmasters, I asked my friends to let me watch the scene where Johnson collapses for the last time, it's my favorite one, they complied. Now, if all my friends were like that.
