Dropped grenades can now be exploded again! At 15:17 of this video, you can see the ODST throwing a grenade, and a second later there are three more explosions! That's yet another feature from Halo: CE returning! I swear, this game is like CE with Halo 3 graphics. Which is epic.[Edited on 06.09.2009 3:53 PM PDT]
holy crapI didn't realize they took that out until now!
What? It's not a Rick Roll, it was in Bungie's news.
Posted by: dr spartan32Rick roll, don't click on his clicky. don't listen to him^^^, it's not fakeanyway that is pretty cool, i forgot dropped grenades didn't blow up in halo 3
Dropped grenade explosions never went away to begin with!Jees, you kids will believe anything you read on a forum.....[Edited on 06.09.2009 3:54 PM PDT]
Its confusing when people say CE because when members say that, I keep thinking Halo Custom Edition and not Combat Evolved.Usually the grenade exploding happens in all 3 of the games.
And what are dropped grenades exploding? Sorry, never got to play Halo CE completely.
Posted by: LJOY95And what are dropped grenades exploding? Sorry, never got to play Halo CE completely. If a grenade has been dropped, it will detonate if another explosion occurs close by.

When there's an explosion near them, they will explode as well, creating a chain reaction of explosions.

Hmm... From the amount of deaths I've suffered from grenade chain reactions I can wholeheartedly say that grenades exploding when shot, meleed or being exposed to other explosions has never gone away. If anyone needs proof turn on the Cowbell skull to max out the physics and watch the chain reactions fly; a good place to test would be the 1st battle on Crow's nest. That said, I'm glad the feature will still be on ODST, seeing that kinda stuff in theatre is priceless if it's your own humiliating death.
Just send me a FR if you want to play.I play any playlist, and most customs, unless your version of infection sucks.

Oh, that is kinda cool. So like the grenades that you drop when you die are able to explode if a thrown grenade explodes near them? cool
