WOW! Two days not on the forums is actually a long time.. I apologize for those of you who are offended by whatever I have posted. Its unintentional unless I otherwise say so.
To respond to someone who was saying its easier to type the way they were (i.e "cuz") that may be so, but it doesnt make it any easier to read. Do you go to school and hand in papers that look that way. Granted, this isnt school and you arent getting a grade on it, but what you do in your free time easily crosses over to you school work. In my English class last year, we actually had to go to a class forum and discuss the book we were reading and we DID get graded on how e typed. If you are in any way interested in a job that requires typing (which most do now days) you surely need to practice. A little error such as using a "z" instead of typing out "because" could cost you your job. Many people are very strict on how things are presented to them. I can only wish you luck in whatever career you are hope to persue because right now, your skills are not going to get you anywhere.
For the 14 year old: Start practicing. You are either in High School now, or are going to be. In all of the English classes I have had in my High School career, none of them accepted spelling errors. Someone in an earlier post mentioned putting your work into a word processing program on you computer before posting so you coulsd spell check, great idea. It takes a whole two seconds you highlight what you have typed, press Ctrl+C, go to the program and press Ctrl+V and then the spell check button. Now is that so hard?
Like I have said many times before, I would just like to be able to read these forums without having to really think about what the person is saying. Its like I am in an Ebonics class and am failing because I enjoy seeing the English Language not slaughtered!
I am sure that I could go on for the remainder of the hour, but I would soon go nuts. I dont mind seeing "lol" (or the like). I just dont like lipograms. <--Dictionary.com if you dont know it. Which I dont expect you to. (no offense)
JUST TRY!
