I'm going to invade your heart like a barn swallow high on milk chocolate and grandma love.

Fairness is only possible within the limited powers of man. Elsewhere, there is only chance.

Thus I refute thee.

Je suis d'accord.

Wielding a double-bladed chainsaw, wearing a potato sack on your head and spinning around mindlessly is amiably quick at getting anything done

People will complain regardless.

I'm-A-Chargin My LAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

seriously! i totally agree
enough with the complaining
who cares if its not a full game
bungie never said it would be
besides, remember that it comes with the mythic maps

consider this:
the maps are roughly $10
if you get the Special Edition, the grand total is $100, and there is a kick butt controller packaged with the game. There is a $10 save. So if you take the normal price of a game and a controller, (50 and 60), you subtract 50 from one hundred, theoretically making the game worth $50 instead of $60. Now the maps. you would get them anyway, so why complain? Subtract the additional $10, and there you go! The game actually is $40! The reasonable price most of you are asking for.

Now you complain about $60 USD? Try $100 AUS? that the standard for almost All Xbox 360 games $80-$100! Halo Wars collectors edition was $120!

You have it Very easy America I would LOVE to buy games For $60!
(USD= United States Dollar)
(AUS= Australian Dollar)

Stupid, it's like that because you're making more AUS at the same time.

Yes it is. It's got up to 10 hours of story (more than most games), a survival mode, and all halo 3's multiplayer plus three new maps, all on one disc, for a reduced price.

You should of made up your own instrument. You could have named it the PolarLighting -a-phone. People would buy it and they would all be like "Awh, He's so cool for inventing the PolarLighting-a-phone."

I have no problem paying for NEW content. What I do have a problem with, however, is being forced to purchase 9 maps that I already payed for all over again for my new content.

or here is another way u can think of it, while most people have all the maps already for the people who are to cheap to get the maps themselves or dont have internet they get like 40$ worth of maps well would have been about that much till they made heroic maps free either way u get all the maps on one convenient disc plus access to the reach beta if ur lucky so dont complain u also get the ability to get recon (FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!)

I don't mean this as harshly as it sounds, but I'd expect better intelligence from a mythic member. Yes, you are going to end up paying some extra dollars, but this is at a reduced price than what they orginally were. They need to put a price on this simply due to the materials needed to give you the disk alone. Also, you won't have to wait as long for your maps to load, since the dlc will already be on your disk.

If we went by the price of the materials alone these games wouldn't cost more than a dollar or two. It's labor we're paying for. I have no problem paying for such labor, especially when the content is Bungie's. My argument is; why not just release a SINGLE DISC version of the game that only includes the new ODST campaign and Firefight (which they've already may anyways)? That way those who already have the Mythic maps (most of the people on this site) can just purchase the last three in the marketplace and save some $20.00.

I never thought of it that way.
Good point.
