Since it's an open world, if one player quits, does that mean the game ends for everyone, and you have to start all over again?

If so, I would only play it over LAN, because there would be no way I would ever finish the campaign.

The same goes for firefight. Can players join?

Help me understand, internet.

We know only as much as you do.

"Anyone can give up it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's the true strength."

I would actually like to know this as well. Aw well- Only way is for All Mighty Bungie to come down and answer us. Anyways- I probably don't think the game will end if someone quits because that would ruin the game. But i also think that people won't be able to join as well.

i *highly* doubt it.

i mean, look at Halo 3's matchmaking records for people quitting.

if they did that, they'd be ASKING for people's campaigns to get screwed.

Seems like they would announce/ explain something. Anybody at E3 had to take a bathroom break?
