Resistance Is Futile...

Hey,
Anyone know how many drawbacks we'll have from being an ODST compared to a Spartan "In-Game"?

Ive heard the following please help me dismiss or confirm them.

1) You will not be able to pick up ANY equipment (bubble shields, regenerator, etc)
2) You will not be able to hold the Gravity Hammer or Sword
3) Cannot Dual Wield Weapons
4) Melee Attack has less force.
5) No ability to hijack vehicles.

Now, I have seen in the trailer ,an ODST holding a Turret, So if he can rip off a 300lb turret and carry it around to shoot people, Cant he hold two guns at once or carry a light piece of equipment? Doesn't make much sense to me, even if it is just for game play changes............ So help me out in dismissing fact from fiction. Please and Thank you!!!

1, 3, and 4 are confirmed to be true. You can not do any of those things (and melee is less powerful). However you can pick up Gravity Hammers (we dont know if swords are in the game for sure, I dont believe). And #5 has not been confirmed whatsoever.

Also, who says he rips it off? And correct me if Im wrong, but wasnt it the heavy weapons specialist who was holding it? Maybe its exclusive to him, or maybe its exclusive to Firefight mode and its not in campaign. Also, even if you can rip out turrets and use them... support weapons dont ruin the weapon sandbox. Dual wielding does.
