Likely I'm not the first to ask this, but I couldn't find any 100% direct answers.

Since the trailer, I have been wondering, will there be environmental changes in ODST, such as rain for instance. This was exampled in the anouncement trailer (Soundtrack of which = Pwn) throughout the night scene, and personally I believe it would be almost a necessity, considering how Bungie is attempting to grab a wide open and almost scary/ominous feel to the game. (Bethesda nailed this with Oblivion)

Also, I believe - due to the nature of Halo 3: ODST being run off of the Halo 3 engine - that if there is to be any problem with the game's campaign, it will be the lighting (extremely noticeable in the transition from the cutscene in which the Arbiter kills Truth to the actual gameplay immediately following). This change in lighting from a dramatic/sorrow filled mild noir to a simple bright mid-day spotlight disrupts the flow of gameplay for me - and likely other campaign junkies.

- just a coupls queries/suggestions that I was wondering about, considering gameplay quality.

I hope that Bungie does in fact had real time rain. I would be a good feature.
