One word.

Forge.

Think of all the possibilities of natal could be used in forge? Instead of having to use controls you can actually move the object with your hands, which could save the pain of having to use some controls which mess up.

discuss.

Yeah, I agree. I would be a lot more simple if that were to happen but thats all it would be cool for. Trying to pull off all those moves like they [Spartans] do would put most people here into cardiac arrest.

One reason why it shouldn't be in Halo: Reach. It would ruin the game.

It isn't our shiznit anymore.

Practical, yet the controllers are the most precise. Can you honestly say that you can put two boxes together perfectly and as easily with your hands as you can do with your controller? You can't. And you probably can't hold objects in the air very still with your hands as with your controller. So even if it would be cool to use natal in forge, the controller is the most precise method.

You say natal will ruin the game, here's some quick fixes. How do you jump? Subtle movements like moving your body up but not jumping. How do you turn? More subtle movements. You would turn slightly and your player would keep turning. As for moving, there could be a point on the floor and when you move closer your player would walk forward or run.

If it was just used for forge and was optional?

oO( Underdogg13 )Oo

I could see that happening, but ONLY on Forge. Not gameplay, because most FPS fans prefer to use a controller rather than having to constantly switch between controller and ridiculous movements.

Im sure i can move and manage something more precisely using the controller.

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

I can't see them building in support for something that isn't really being marketed as an add-on. If you read one of the E3 followup articles the VP at MS mentions that they are going to push it more as an actual platform over just an add-on.

Not to mention that outside of item manipulation something like Natal has little place in a competitive FPS game. That alone would prevent the inclusion IMO.

If it is only for forge like people have said above it woul actually be slower and harder. IMO
