The halo series have always had depth to it but it wasn't too alluring. It never truly showed the struggle of humanity it was kept to cheery.I seriously wish bungie thinks of this when they make the halo reach campaign. The marines you play with need to say things like a real person if they where in a massive war that was believed hope less they need more personal things to say things like they wish they could see there baby child they miss there wife or they miss there teenage sweet-hart instead of witty little jokes which is ok in moderations.I believe the human side of the spartans there raw emotions instead of there droning on and on with yes sir and no ma'am.I want to feel like I know them.I know this is a alot to ask from a game but I believe bungie could do it.

I agree, it would make the situation fell much more real.

Not to be mean or contradicting but I dont give a flying *blam* about the proffreading part. And I think the Spartan IIs were given a neural implant for combat purposes, like so there crazy proof, but hey I could be wrong and I hope dearly I am because that spartan with that sounds like a heavy smoker (john) should have something heartfelt or gritty to say every once-in-a-cutscene.

I feel the exact same way.. I never could relate to the marines when they say stupid crap..its battle for humanity for freakin sake!

Perception is everything.

I see how you feel about this, and you are correct. This would add more emotion to the game...however, I enjoy the funny stuff said by characters throughout the halo games. Maybe the humans can all be depressed, and the covenant can make up jokes while they enjoy slaughtering the human race. :)

"every time he kills me I have 5 seconds to think about how much I blaming hate him..."

-Phurion

ya this would make the game better most definitly. i to grow tired of playing will a bunch of never unhappy marines who seem like there on a massive sugar high and cant ever be sad lol.

I like the humor too but I like it in moderations.
