Sorry, bud. You just can't offer two bad-quality teasers and expect to have people care.
True.
Motivating people on the internet ( making them care) is a hard thing to do. Especially if you don't have a team of experts on your hand.
You should consider that this is a project done by fans. We are learning as we go. We have agreed on the fact that it could turn out to be a total disaster leaving behind disappointed players. On the other hand we are part of a dieing race it seems, anything Halo PC related seems to be falling apart. The community seems to be disappearing. There are no central point where people come together. If you type Halo in on Google the first 3 pages will be about Halo 3 (xbox 360). So can it hurt trying?
As for the teasers,

Just releasing teasers with clips from other things (which, by the way, is even more lame) isn't going to get anyone hyped.
They are mainly meant for fun. Our main focus is on the project itself the teasers are just a bonus.
In the teasers we are giving hints, nothing more. So if you see something copied, it could be that it has to do something with the project. What you make of it is up to you.
( I will confirm that thinking about a release of Halo 3 by us is not an option.)
As for hyped. It's a project after all, how to hype, get people to care and be accurate, is part of learning from the project. I mean how many ideas in this world have really turned in to a "Hype"?

If you can't show us anything except two bad-quality teasers, then it's not ready to have anything revealed.
In that case you'll have to wait for no.3. Here we'll get more to the point.
We knew before the creation of the first teaser people would lose total interest if no.3 would not reveal anything at all.
(Yes, we do have a plan on how we approach things. Success rate not included :P)
The first two teasers were made to put down the question "What could it be?" and hopefully get people interested enough to find out what exactly it is.
In teaser no 3., we'll start explaining what the project is and probably get into more detail.
Thanks again for the feedback.
